I mean you can just put everything on the lowest setting and go up from there until/if you find it acceptable. But you essentially have a 5 year low power laptop CPU with no GPU but the integrated doodoo.

Just go to the graphics menu and select the lowest value on everything except image quality.

I did change the settings to the lowest (except for image quality), and it's still broken as fuck. I give up. I'm just gonna get a new laptop.
