can anyone help me find a similar brush as the one used on the outlines of this image? I used a similar one but the problem was that it was too translucent and even the colors when they were on a layer below would bleed into the outline making it look muddy

tldr; I'm looking for a photoshop brush that looks like a gritty pencil but that is completely opaque
