It was a tapestry for the S3 (2018) BD-set at amazon and apparently reprinted in a thick Yama no Susume artbook, I suppose this one from 2021
Didn't have it saved, sorry (didn't watch the last season yet).

I downloaded the BDMV w/ scans from U2 and the image in question's not in it. The booklets just have production materials, like pic related.
