Looking for a song. It was a remix or remake of the Lavender Town theme. At some point in the background there's 911 audio of a murder suicide. When I encountered it, it was in the middle of a kinda ambient album of music with Japanese titles and descriptions.

When I went looking for it, it seems someone on Reddit is in the same boat. Look for "Song with lavender town and 911 call" on the Machinegirl reddit, that person has slightly different details that may help. They referred to the audio as "911 audio tape from longmont murder suicide".
