I made a thread a few years back about buying a console that can be homebrewed. I then bought a PS3. However controllers for it are a hassle and I want to play SOME gen 8 games.

Now I ask, what console has the cheapest game prices out there? PS4 or Xbox Series S? Because I mostly just replay old games. I'm used to Steam prices but they nerfed regional pricing here in Brazil, so that's a plus on me changing to console.

Additionally, will Xbox ever have Steam support? If so, I would buy it day one that it came out
