The SoC/CPU you can make out of graphene from pencils instead of silicon (all you need is the graphite and some scotch tape).
The touchscreen and case you can make out of some epoxy stiffened cardstock from mother's day cards and a resistive touchscreen from some plastic wrap from clear trash bags tightly stretched out and JB welded/epoxied to the frame ofcthe case with graphite rubbed underneath it and another plastic sheet with graphite under it that'll touch the board on the inside.
The circuitboard you can make out of some more thickened cardstock, then draw out your circuitry blueprint in pen ink, poke holes in it, then glue some thin strips of aluminum foil over it (you can use elmer's glue or whatever you got) and once you can get it to stick, take a pencil and draw around the edges of the foil.
For the speakers, take a razor blade, stick a small earphone magnet to the front, on the opposite side, take a strip of rubber band and glue it to the other end and glue a strip of aluminum foil over that and wire it to your board w/ holes poked in the case so you can hear it.
Use a battery from an electric screwdriver or some small oscillating tool. For the USB port, you can simply make your custom one (like adapting it for a type c charger) by taking some more cardstock, use a pin to poke holes in it,feed wires through these holes, and scotch tape it together. For the soldering gun, you can make that out of a nail w/ pencil wood electric taped to the bottom for the heatproofed grip heated over a candle until red hot using paperclips for solder.
