Alright this is a good one, that covers YouTube. Now I just need something that will easily let me convert video files on my computer to MP3. Preferably one that lets you convert multiple files at once and easily change the start/end times of the file before downloading.

Youtube Downloader HD does both video and audio rips as well, you can que multiple files, I'm not sure how free that part is tho.
