I am looking for a short animated movie I saw posted on /wsg/. The video consists of a girl, who is like a puppet, and is covered in stitches. She lives in a city where there is a giant timer counting down, and once it reaches zero, all the city's inhabitants go crazy and start fighting each other.
The animation style was similar to pic-related, and there was a jazz soundtrack.
