What's a good solution for hanging a flag outside of my window? I don't have a ladder to climb up to the second storey of my house or anything like that, it needs to be something I can do with only reaching awkwardly out of the top quarter of my window, that will still keep the flag secure and not blowing away.
Any tips or ideas that anon can give me?
