Also the fact that this image has been so elusive to me, so impossible to find anywhere, makes me want to find it even more. I have searched everywhere on multiple search engines with practically every search phrase you can think of, I have spent hours searching on different 4chan archives, social media, and so on, yet I haven't even come close to finding it. Especially considering what a great image it is, it's bizarre that it has become this difficult to find. The harder I search, the stronger my desire to find it becomes

This isn't it, the guy was seriously anorexic, like on the verge of death, and he was completely naked except for a diaper (I can't remember if the diaper was Hello Kitty/Sanrio themed as well or if it was just a normal diaper). I imagine that if it was posted to Tiktok, it would probably get removed. Thanks for looking into this though.

More info on this after reverse image searching, this is actually a Japanese woman, who goes by the username juria141110. Apparently at her lowest, she weighed 14.9kg/33lbs, and had a BMI of 5.82.
