I have a lenovo loq laptop (piece of shit I know) and sometimes a few keys (-, p, 0) stop working. They work if I hold shift but don't work lowercase. They come back if I press them a lot or if I wait 15 seconds.
I don't need to press them hard and there is no sound or texture that feels "damaged." I also never travel with it, it's never had an impact or any moisture on it.
It's in warranty but I really don't want some idiot busting up the laptop if I don't have to.
Does this sound like a keyboard that needs a replacement or some kind of software bug? I'm thinking software because it's very intermittent and there doesn't seem to be any physical damage but I'm not sure. Any guesses/proposed fixes?
