What's the best place to find TV broadcasts from the 90s and 2000s? YouTube doesn't have much outside of a few watermarked compilations with shows I'm not too interested in, and the Internet Archive didn't help too much either.

I was actually just looking for episodes of a short-lived TV show (Orleans, 1997) and the only place I found any was there.

Seconding Myspleen. Has a category dedicated to "WOC" (With Original Commercials). Cartoon blocks, TV movies, news shows, etc. Usually lists the date/shows in the title.
Hours and hours of uncut TV recorded to VHS.
