it's region blocked for me, I tried using web youtube downloaders but they all just give errors.
720p or 1080p is fine.

Had to use yt-dlp rate limited at 200kBps but I think that's due to general youtube policies.
You could have simply watched it via invidious or use the more traditional movie streaming/downloading piracy services to download the movie itself

I tried looking for this movie in my usual sources but couldn't find it.

Does the youtube link have English subtitles in it?
The only English sub in opensubtitles are wildly out of sync.
