should i install a samsung android update that's like 2GB?

i already updated my phone last night (because a screen telling me to update kept constantly appearing all the time) i woke up and it already asks me to update again, i think it downloaded automatically so i have -2GB storage now, should i do it or not?

if not how do i disable the update screen so it stops annoying me?
