I'm looking for media that feature many different characters plotting and scheming against each other. Games, movies, manga, anime, anything is fine.

Stuff where you mainly only get to see the MC PoV, and learn about other characters plotting only afterward when their plan is revealed:
-Liar Game (read the manga, live action is shit)
-Mirai Nikki
-Zero Escape series (999, Virtue's Last Reward)
-Fate

Stuff where you get to see all PoVs:
-Death Note (anime or manga, Netflix adaptation is shit)

-Zero Escape series (Zero Time Dilemna, but honestly you probably wouldn't understand anything if you did not read the first two before)

I haven't watched/played Danganronpa but I think it fits the description.
Also try reading Agatha Christie's novels, especially the ones featuring Hercule Poirot. Most of his cases are, in modern parlance, a total clusterfuck.

Final Fantasy Tactics got remastered recently. Lots of power grabs, backstabbing, and manipulation between opposing political and religious factions. A big theme of its story is maintaing your own personal honor and dignity where its only material value is for its own sake.

Romance of Three Kingdoms obviously. Read the Sangokushi manga if you don't want to read the novel or watch the tv series.

Legend of Galactic Heroes. Aka 3 kingdoms in space.

If you're not allergic to Chinese stuff, then Reverend Insanity. It's a Chinese webnovel, heavily inspired by 3 kingdoms.

For Korean stuff, Absolute Regression is the gold standard. I don't think I will ever read anything better in my life. There are manhwa and novel. Both excellent.
