Whats the cheapest cutting machine that I can buy to cut simple shapes?

They are basically just shortcuts in a physical card form. You can launch games from a PC, launch movies, emulator roms .etc. The system was originally designed to launch games from Mister FPGA. The cheapest NFT reader is like 10 USD on Amazon.

I just ended up buying a used Cricut Explore Air 2. Apparently the people who use these machines toss them in storage after a 1-2 projects.
