i think i can safely assume you all know what a jolly roger is. if not, just google it.

i want a jolly roger (preferably a modified straw hats one) with the skull wearing a traditional tunisian chachia (the thing in the image, if you need more angles just google "tunisian chachia").
also, a jasmin flower on the skull's (not actually existent/drawn) ear.
please make sure the crossed bones are behind the skull not under
