It opens set to Allow everytime I close and reset, and did an App Fix and it still won't let me set.
Apparently there was a big thing about Chakra Javascripts opening sites in IE, and I'm thinking someone is doing this to my system, and this setting has been broken to facilitate. But I also can't put it past MS to be horrible at their software now.
How can I get this to deny IE Mode?
