I'm looking for this book, but I can't find it in the trackers I use or libgen.
Local libraries don't have it and it'd cost a small fortune to buy.

Your local libraries might not have it, but if other libraries do they can probably get it on loan for you. Try asking them. Libraries borrow from other libraries all the time.

Unfortunately, even the large national library in the capital doesn't have it, I've checked.
It's a niche book, so it's not surprising.

It’s pretty new, and an architecture/design book on top of that. They don’t tend to get leaked. Even non-niche ones. People in that field just don’t have spirit of sharing, and are probably loaded.
