Your bank can't see what you purchase, it just shows up as cien.
The artists I support on it post SFW content only. It's the same as having patreon on your statement.
I would only be wary of porn sites, onlyfans, crypto sites, and especially gambling sites. Banks may reject mortgage or other loan applications because of those.

I do support NSFW artists on fanbox, and my credit card statements only show "FANBOX".
Similarly to you making grocery store purchases and your bank only seeing "KROGER" and not "box of condoms, bananas, cucumbers, lotion, KY Jelly, cat food, Nyquil Kids, Whiskey".
