the characters are from a vocaloid song based series called parties are for losers! from left to right their names are: KT003-405{A.K.A. katya], Dr. Tatianna temnova, and DT001-319{A.K.A. dmitry]. as for context dt and kt are mutants who were taken by the government i think to a facility where dr temnova was dts primary scientist/ dt was dr temnovas favorite project and kt was a mutant in dts section of the facility that had a particularly dargerous mutation so since i cant find it anywhere else context of the image could just be that the artist thinks tanya thinks those 2 are espically cool, or considering the amount of blushing it could be pedo shit{the series isnt btw]
