Wouldn't help anyways, but there should be a little button on the back that's small enough to only fit the tip of a ballpoint pen or some shit. Press it for like thirty seconds then let it go and let it reset?

resting your router will factory reset all of your settings which will cause the internet not to work so you have to configure it all over again to get it to work and i think you need special number or something from ISP to get it working
