Sounds like Spanish or maybe Italian to me. She calls pencil leads mines at 0:20 which is similar to a lot of western European languages, except it's usually pronounced more like mean or min. With how casually she mixed English with another language, it could be the Netherlands or some other place where everyone speaks English
Also the review says it's from the US on the amazon page, so it's probably just spanish.
