I don't know much about unsounded since I haven't read it myself. But Unsounded is apparently finished though it is getting a sequel.
Kill six billion demons ( usually abbreviated by fans as ksbd/k6bd) isn't really anime in art style, although it has a lot of anime and eastern influences. k6bd isn't an actual reincarnation story, but it is an isekai in a sense because the main character gets granted superpowers and thrown into another dimension.
KSBD is still ongoing, and isn't completed. But it's on the last book or so.

You also said you are looking for fun comics, so idk if you want heavier stuff (even if its good).
In regards to looking up wikipages, even if a story is really in depth or popular, I'd be skeptical of the quality control of any fandom wikia for webcomics.
