It didn't have the OP image for MK2 though, so it must be missing a fair amount. I was thinking of something like Yande.re but for games.

That ain't gonna happen, not unless you step up and make it, websites weren't made that way back then. Sites normally got whatever art they had from asset kits mailed out from publishers on CDs and DVDs. You can find many of those discs on Hidden Palace if you care to rummage

boorus like gelbooru or danbooru might have some art. it may be worth it to check on other anime art sites as well like safebooru or whatever.
