Anyone know how to fix these lines? They get more pronounced when I switch to a lower refresh rate, but doesn't seem to have to do with anything with my graphics card since even when my monitor is disconnected from my computer, it stays that way.
I also have ghosting issues, though they go away pretty quickly and only appear when I don't switch what's displayed for some time.
