There was this nico nico video that was reuploaded on youtube with the comments scrolling past the screen.
I'm pretty sure it was a custom super mario world level on probably a snes emulator with audio from a futa hentai being spliced in additionally to be used as SFX and in the intro as the BGM. I'm pretty sure it got taken down, cause I had it in my favorites and couldn't find it now.
The beginning is memorable as it started with the normal BGM running with the female VA of said futa hentai shouting "Watashi no chimpo" and then the "oh" was used to mimic the normal BGM.
