1. Download Prism Launcher:
https://prismlauncher.org/2. Launch it and go through the quick setup.
3. Close Prism Launcher.
4. Download this file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/antunnitraj/Prism-Launcher-PolyMC-Offline-Bypass/refs/heads/main/accounts.json5a. If you downloaded the portable version of Prism Launcher, place the file in the Prism Launcher folder.
5b. If you downloaded the installer version of Prism Launcher, place the file in C:/Users/[your user account]/AppData/Roaming/PrismLauncher/.
6. Launch Prism Launcher again.
7. At the top right, click Accounts > Manage Accounts.
8. Click Add Offline at the right and enter your desired username for your offline account.
9. Check the box on the left next to the offline account you just made to set it to the default account.
10. You probably need to install Java. Prism Launcher can do that for you. For help using Prism Launcher, check their wiki:

For multiplayer, you can only connect to offline mode servers that don't check accounts. Just make sure never to delete the "No profile" account under Manage Accounts or Prism Launcher won't let you launch anymore.
