I still contemplate to commit it myself every single day. But what stops me is that if I do so,
I won't see the next season of my favorite show
the next entry of my favorite game series
I won't be able to go see my friends the next time they're available (given how I live in a different city now)
Unironically jerking off helps. For a bit.
Bottomline is, fuck goalposts. Setting goals will keep you busy, but it's all empty. You're postponing happiness.
It's the little things in life that will keep you going,. The walk from your place to the convenience store to buy your set of snacks horrible for your body, or the anticipated remake/sequel of your favorite game as a child that turned out to be shit. Even at the end if the rug gets pull out from underneath you, you get diabetes or you got fatter from the snacks, or the sequel/remake killed that series, at some point you experienced enough hope to keep going and stuggling. hat's what matters anon.
Do you wanna give up your life? The absolute miracle coincidence of the universe, or do you want to keep struggling like the rest of us just to figure how the rest of your life will go?
Idk about you anon, but I still wanna jerk off to big anime tiddies and see how one piece ends.
