My advice is to workout. It boosts your confidence and self motivation. Take baby steps. Lay off the junk food and fast food if that's your main food. Eat a balanced meal. Cooking meals is way cheaper than eating out. Have a descent sleep schedule. Keep up with basic hygiene. This sounds harsh but people will judge you based on how you look for interviews.
Its important to watch your health. Since you are not working its easy to get depressed and let your health go. When you are depressed its hard to focus on your well being. No exercise and a diet of high sodium foods will put your health at risk.
