Looking for a meme comic with a monster that is a severed woman's head. It's people running from a severed head that is hopping along or flying along chasing them.

Then a guy picks up the head, and she looks shocked/confused. There might have been a implication of impending blow job.


I dont think it was a penanggalan/Krasue style monster, since she didnt have any organs trailing below her.
