CTRL + S spoilering on Firefox

I'm using Firefox and I've been told CTRL + S spoilers text but whenever I try it just opens up Save Page As. Anyone know how to fix this?

You need to chack the Keybinds option in Main option menu
Open reply tab
Highlight the text
press crtl s
