OP, I'm gonna basically tell you one because I doubt you'll ever watch it, but you might get a kick out of hearing about it. It's a Mexican movie from 1973 (probably even harder since I doubt you'd find it in English and you probably don't know subtitles.

I seen it around fifteen years ago or something so it's going to be a sloppily quick summary.
Some kid gets his private part chewed off by some dogs and has to live with it the rest of his life and his interactions with women and in life in general are just fucked because of this. At the very end of the movie he tries hitting on his mom because I guess he didn't have any other hope and she refuses his advanced and when she leaves the room he shoots himself in the head.
It's fucked up and now that I think about hell no not worth watching again and probably not worth watching for a first time, but may entertain you to think about the story.
