I'm a casual anime fan looking to get into it more. I've loved everything in pic related but nothing I've tried since seems to scratch the same itch. Other stuff I've seen is:

>Haibane Renmei
>Death Note
>Demon City Shinjuku
>A Silent Voice
Not really sure what I'm looking for rec wise but NGE and Angel's Egg are in my top 10 movies of all time, anime or otherwise, if that helps.
