asking for help i wanna recover my gmail but i forgot my password and my recovery and number on it no longer exist, its an old account of mine im trying to recover as it have a lot of memories can someone help me

i tried reaching out on google support but its not actually a person or admin, its just a bot, and i dont know where to get legitimate help, and my friend recommend me on this page its my first time here
