The cover seems to have been replaced.
I poked around a little and found this

It says the illustrator is called "KING", which is not helpful at all.

Yeah, if you look at the bandcamp, even the album you are searching was replaced with a furry shark.

But I saw the term "Sound Voltex" associated with the original album, tried to combine it with KING and got this:
