Is there a Thread/Wiki/Mega that exists somewhere that links some good resources for finding image sources to use in posts/threads?

like lets say i wanted a specific freeze-frame directly taken from a SpongeBob episode. Would i be able to grab the image from some dedicated website that indexes every frame of SpongeBob or would i have to manually go through each episode to find it?
