Where can I travel if I want to see a whole lot of nature and beauty that is also quite safe?

Norway (Summer) was incredible but so, so expensive. I can't do that again. That was a few years back...
North Italy was fun but wasn't all that in nature.
Kyoto and Nikko were amazing, the yen is cheap too but the tickets are so expensive...

I was looking at Thailand but idk it seems weirdly pricey for what I counted.. I always heard Thailand was cheap.
