I'm trying to change my Google account name, but then an error page popped up and said "We couldn’t verify it’s you." I tried everything, such as "Use a device and browser you’ve signed in on before" or "Use a familiar Wi-Fi network, such as at home or work" to "verify" it's me, but i'm still stuck at this page, even adding a recovery phone number wouldn't work. Google doesn't let me do it.
