Can you help me use Tiktok? (web version)

I cant follow anyone, or follow back the people who have followed me. I also cant message anyone; the message gets automatically blocked and it says to contact Tiktok if I think it was a mistake.
I've done that twice and they always say my account restrictions have been lifted but still nothing works.
Then I sent them a support ticket about this. I got a notification saying "ticket closed" and the ticket is gone, I cant even view it.

I'm doing this because I actually talked to a girl IRL and she gave me her Tiktok and I literally cant even fucking follow or contact her.
I cant believe this website.
