I think the guy who got busted for Simpsons porn was arrested/under investigation and part of it was seizing his computer and while looking through his files they found Lisa and others porn.
If you're that worried, do not save anything like that to your computer, only view it online. If its online and not some secret club, anyone can access it site like twitter, rule34 sites or twitter, if you do get in trouble you can fall back on a "its right there, out in the open for anyone!" defense.
