Does anyone here recognize/otherwise is able to identify what this anime/game/animation in the (picrel) tweet is called?

I googled "Taotetsu" "Taotetsu anime" & "Taotetsu game" respectively + UL'd both images into Google Lens - and surprisingly nothing came up. Either "Taotetsu" isn't the name of the game/anime, or it *is* - but it's extraordinarily obscure/unindexed?
