I'm looking for intellectual properties that are about mechs. Now, Mecha Break, Metal Gear Solid, and Frame Arms are the only intellectual properties I can find, thus far, that have no spirits, aliens, demons, gods, or spiritism.

Hello, big mech enthusiast here. You didn't mention them but the obvious ones don't have any of that. Armored core (specially the older ones), gundam, macross (they technicaly have aliens ig but..), the big o, zone of the enders, mechwarrior, front mission.
