Things i remember somewhat
one of the antagonists had a penguin army/henchmen that followed him around (i am not sure about the penguin part)
the same guy has a cardboard cutout of the main villain who he is a big fan of, but when the villain doesnt give a shit about him, he starts loosing interest in him
it might have been related to a tournament????
and the style MIGHT be chibi stylized
ive been loosing my mind trying to remember more than that and i literally cannot find ANYTHING about it
i thought the penguin army would of helped but apparently fucking not
it was definetly released before 2016 but other than that im stumped
