It's some machup mix of the Pokemon Gen 1 wild battle theme, Grace and Glory and other JSR like tracks (the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 kick it is from Miller Ball Breakers for example), some Sonic Rush (such as a New Day), the "gotta catch em all" Pokemon theme and several others I can't pick out.
Been trying to find it for years whenever I come back to it but I've never actually asked anywhere. The video sometimes cuts it off for some bit to hear clearly but usually returns to it.
