That's a random ass low quality chair. Probably from a store like target or walmart. Just buy whatever you find similar.

Searching "Mid-Back Ergonomic Mesh Chair" on Amazon gives me very close matches. However I couldn't find anything with those precise 10 horizontal back stripes.
Only a fraction have those T armrests.
