It seems that you can import the PSD with each layer labelled and it will give you a screen, allowing you to adjust parameters. From there, you can assign everything into a bodypart group, and work from there.
So far it looks easy enough, but I still managed to fuck up and mix up the "Eyeball" and "Eye" groups, causing a DOOM GODMODE face on what I'm importing.
Haven't figured out how to label the pupil and stuff, though.
