I'm looking for a humorous screencap (my guess is /tg/), where the OP's image is the cover of some ridiculous book with a title like:

[DRAGON'S NAME] and the financial offices of [LAST NAME] [LAST NAME].

There is a reply in this thread that is a greentext story of the dragon consulting the titular bankers/financial advisors on looting policies that will maximize his hoard, either copy pasted from the book itself or written as a tongue-in-cheek response.
