Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex S1, S2, and Solid State Society have multiple languages throughout its soundtrack, but there are quite a few English ones.
Cowboy Bebop has a lot of English tracks as well.
Gatchaman Crowds is iffy, but the OP for both seasons is English and the main track that plays a lot has English lyrics and maybe a few others.
Maybe look up stuff that Yoko Kanno and Hiroyuki Sawano have worked on.

I don't even like it and I also agree with that anon's suggestion, since it's similar to Steins;Gate in a bunch of ways. Thus, you might like it. Give it a chance and form your own opinion of it before listening to someone else's opinion and joining the bandwagon without good reason.
