I recently unjailbroke my iphone, whilst also keeping all of the stuff on it. all i did was backup my iphone to itunes (this worked with the jailbreak) After backing up to itunes, i restored my iphone, and reinstalled the backup to it. For me, this unjailbroke my iphone deleting all of the pangu items and cydia. None of the tweaks were kept either.
